Here at M2M we are aware of the potential impact coronavirus (COVID-19) will have on our customers, employees and wider community.  Our Customer support, project / consultancy and development  teams are equipped to continue working and we intend to continue business as normal.

We want to support our customers through this time of change. To that aim we have introduced the following additional services:
Extended Support opening hours  – 2 additional hours added to our Service Desk Opening Hours in order to better support our customers and their families whilst they are home working. We are now open Monday to Friday from 8am until 6pm

Book a one to one appointment (remote of course!) with our Support Team. They are available to provide training / Q&A Sessions on all things Sage.

We want to reassure you that we will continue to be the reliable business partner you’ve come to trust and we are constantly looking at how we can better support you through this dynamic environment. The continual improvement and delivery of our award winning Sage 200 Support Services is our primary focus through these difficult times.
